This sample presentation is meant to serve as an example Site Survey Presentation for ISG Members as they present their findings to the prospective customer. Make sure when setting out your vision or program, that you have all the decision makers and influencers in the presentation. Remember to: - make it Customer focused and specific - Present your findings beyond the discussion of price - Use this presentation to set the narrative of Value with your customer - Highlight your strengths,& use your strengths overcome objections - Present areas of improvement that you could provide - Make it interactive by asking leading questions, the more agreement you get, the more open dialogue, helps to lead you to a “yes” in your program. -

A thorough site survey was performed on 12/14/2015 with Stas Boyko along with a representative from ServiceMaster - The Goal was to get a full understanding of the current state and identify areas for potential improvements & cost savings - Areas that were visited included restrooms, breakrooms, and supply closets. - Cleaning is being done in house by JM Smucker employees
