The University is soliciting proposals for Construction Management Services for the WSU Arena Project, WSU Project
For the purposes of this proposal, a total construction budget of $19,854, has been presumed
We are seeking superior quality & competitive pricing

7. Calendar of Events Mandatory Pre-bid meeting – June 21, 2019 at 2pm.
Questions due to Procurement & Strategic Sourcing – July 1, Noon
Delivery of Proposals – July 10, 2019 by 2:00 pm
Short List Announced Week of July 15, 2019
Post Bid Interviews tentatively scheduled for July 16-17, 2019
Selection during the Week of July 22, 2019
Contract Negotiations and Execution Week of July 29, 2019

8. Bids Due Sealed Bids are due July 10, 2019 at 2:00 pm

Proposals are limited to 30 pages total, one sided.

Construction Document Completion March
GMP Change Order Completion of DD by December 6, 2019
Construction beginning no later than January 27, 2020
Final Completion Substantial Completion January 26, 2021
