Delegates will be informed about any eventual change on the legal situation conditioning the decision on the contribution rate to be implemented in 2015.
Eurostat will draft its 1st September 2015 report on the basis of the provisional calculation presented at this meeting.
No changes to the legal situation intervened between the date of the Art. 83 WG and 1st of September 2015.
The PCR for the period 1st July 2015 until 30th June was set to 10.1%.

Eurostat will incorporate the three further pending questionnaires within the study.

Eurostat will finalize the study by the end of 2015.
Delegates will be informed about the outcomes of the project at 2016 WG meeting.
The study is currently under an ISC (Inter Service Consultation): it will be released in the course of summer 2016 and made available in CIRCABC.
The related methodology will be presented to the delegates today.
