Doxorubicin viability in the presence and absence of Herceptin. (A) HDMEC, HCMEC, HBMEC and A2780 cells were incubated with Herceptin at a range of concentrations for 72 h and cell viability determined by Cell Titer Glo ATP assay. (B) Herceptin IC50s were generated. (C) HDMEC, (D) HCMEC, (E) HBMEC and (F) A2780 were treated with doxorubicin alone and in the presence of Herceptin (10 μg/ml) or a human IgG control (10 μg/ml).
