LAFH leads CES services for Single adults and families in the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valley Our 2018 PIT was 7700 in our Service Area 250 beds available for single individuals We are providing everything from Outreach and Engagement to Long term PSH Our County is moving to prioritizing RRH due to system Capacity A Snapshot

Information is power and choice The people coming to us often have more capacity than even they know Example: When you tell someone that LA county is homes short of being able to house the city – the conversation no longer is “we (homeless services) can’t help with housing, it is that housing is hard for everyone, and we want to find creative solutions that work for you They also are capable of hearing the truth Community Takeaways Bridges that were burned can sometimes be rebuilt Too often those we serve have limited options. If this is a possibility then we have an obligation to try
