The people coming to us often have more capacity than even they know
Example: When you tell someone that LA county is homes short of being able to house the city – the conversation no longer is “we (homeless services) can’t help with housing, it is that housing is hard for everyone, and we want to find creative solutions that work for you
They also are capable of hearing the truth
