1 African Chop

2 Ingredients 3 chicken breasts 1 large onion
1 large jar of canned tomatoes 1 ½ cups crunchy peanut butter 1 dried red chili Salt and pepper to taste Choice of toppings (peanuts, cashews, ground coconut, cucumber, and tomatoes)

3 Procedure Cube chicken and fry in oil with salt and pepper.
Blend onions and tomatoes until smooth. Put onion and tomato into a large pot and add salt, pepper, chili, and peanut butter. Add chicken and let stew on medium Add toppings.

Fish and seafood are abundant along the coast while beef is found inland and is expensive. Starches provide carbohydrates and quick energy that is helpful in poorer countries. Fruits and vegetables are abundant in the tropical climates, so foods like avacado, mango, melon, tomato and onion are easy to come by. Fresh or dried fruit is often presented as dessert. Fish and seafood is the most common in these countries, along with chicken goat or pork. Cattle is more expensive.
