All of this can be configured either
At start time Good: Automatically configured when you scale up. Bad: If you want to change it you have to redeploy Remotely using the Windows Azure Diagnostics API Good: Can change information gathered at any time Good: You don’t have to dev anything Bad: On a per-instance basis, so when scaling, need to update monitors on the new instances.
