This year on May 22nd, Memphis will turn 200!
Your project will be to research and choose a Person, Place, or Thing about Memphis and complete a project on it/them The Project will include the following Lesson Plan with 1 test type question—100 Points Presentation on the subject—Poster Board or PowerPoint—must include 6 pictures and descriptions of the pictures—200 Points 1 page written report on your subject/topic—100 Points Rubric

STEPS 1. Research and Choose a Person, Place, or Thing that represents Memphis 2. Write a Lesson Plan on what you chose 3. Create a presentation for the class—Poster Board or PowerPoint Presentation 4. Write a 1 page paper on your subject 5. Write 1 test Question regarding your subject and information on the subject presented 6. Teach the class your lesson—If we have time Ask the class your test question

Presentation Content: Followed instructions for project, includes all required information (6 pictures with descriptions) 75 Written Report: Write a well-constructed 1 page report describing your subject (make sure you describe the subject and the 6 pictures you chose to describe your subject). Total Points 400
