2 Phase 2 Objectives Prototype your complete solution in real environment, collecting sufficient data to make a decision regarding whether to continue the organization’s investment. Secure necessary stakeholder buy-in. Identify and track early indicators of success, validating your solution’s: Desirability: Do people want it? Feasibility: Can we do it with regularity and fidelity? Viability: Can we sustain or scale it over time? Develop communications collateral to tell your story to the field.

3 Applying for Additional Funding in Phase 2
Eligibility: CA grant recipient teams with a solution that requires more resources to explore & assess the solution’s value, feasibility, viability. Timeline: Aug. – Nov. 2017, with deliverables submitted Dec Phase 2 Resources + Structure: Up to $10,000 Targeted technical support: Direct access to subject matter experts, implementation & evaluation coaching. Check-ins with CCI every six weeks One in-person gathering, TBD
