USE THIS FLOW CHART WITH THE ORIGINAL VERSION OF THE DECISION FRAMEWORK!
The new flow chart for the Decision Framework shows a possible order of operation that districts and buildings can follow when utilizing this tool. The new suggested order of steps allows for more input from each building.
Step One: The DLT should complete Levels I, IV and the Leadership questions from Level III. The DLT will need to set a window of time for their BLTs to complete Step Two.
Step Two: Each BLT should complete Levels I, II, and III within the timeframe determined by the DLT. STOP
Step Three: The DLT reviews the data submitted by each of their BLTs in all levels of the DF.
Step Four: The DLT, after reviewing the BLT responses, must then respond to levels II and III using the BLT responses to help them make their final determinations.
