5. Drain the Oil
Pull blue drain valve handle forward to drain the oil from fry tank into the filter pan

6. Polish the Oil
Pull red handle to engage filter pump assembly. Oil will continuously circulate through filter media.
Push blue handle up to close drain valve. Oil will continue to return to the tank.
After all oil is returned to the tank, push red handle in to disengage the filter pump. Close door.
