Through the interview stage, role was changed to a fulltime position.
My role IT Support Engineer.
Day to Day activities, I provide IT support to staff. Windows and Apple Mac computer management.
Football activities, setup computer for coaches on game day. Provide support when needed. Enjoy the game from the coaches box.

4. How RMIT helped?
Having the ability of building and create different networks. Configure and setup client computers with a server.
It was more theory then hands on which was different, but it enabled another side to IT. Software/programming.
Building websites, creating databases, learning new programming languages.
