Stable funding with social purpose
Our funding comes from long-term stable investors seeking long-term stable returns. We are the first organisation which is channelling significant institutional funding into the sector. Our social purpose is the ability to make this funding work to the benefit of those in housing need, which will play a part in helping to solve the housing crisis.
7
Building Sage An almost unique opportunity to establish a new business in the sector from scratch. By prioritising customer experience, organisational flexibility and the speed of delivery, we have been able to design out inefficiencies from the outset.
8
Where next? Sustaining the provision of new homes.
We aim to become one of England’s leading providers of affordable housing. We aim to secure consent to work with more than 150 local authorities. We will continue to secure funding to partner with housebuilders to provide social and affordable housing, in perpetuity, on their developments. We will ensure our growth plan is delivered in a fiscally responsible manner.
