ACSDA – IDB Regional Public Goods Initiative
This undertaking was by far the most ambitious in ACSDA’s 20 year history. I wish to acknowledge the contribution of the following … Jorge Jaramillo, whose vision and effort in promoting the potential of this project were instrumental in ACSDA obtaining IDB support. The IDB, under the Regional Public Goods (RPG Initiative) for awarding our project USD 306, in matching contribution funding and working in partnership with ACSDA to complete the project. Grupo de Consultores Interamericanos (GCI) Cecilia Humphrey, Vicente Lazen, Monique Moura, Mary Ann Callahan, and Loretta Stack for their hard work and professionalism throughout the project. GCI went well beyond what was contractly required of them for the project. The project participants who gave of their time to serve as members of the Project Steering Committee. Each of the participating member organizations, particularly those who gave of their time and expertise to help other CSDs in the process of completing their self-assessments. Viviana Beltran for all her hard work in support of the administration and communication related to the project
