(a) Hazardous substances and mixtures Consumables that could end up in the final printed paper product, and that contain substances and/or mixtures meeting the criteria for classification with the hazard statements or risk phrases specified below in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council ( 3 ) or Council Directive 67/548/EEC ( 4 ) or substances referred to in Article 57 of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council ( 5 ) shall not be used for printing, coating, and finishing operations of the final printed paper product.
