For years, Alex struggled with making healthy lifestyle changes
Sticking to a healthy diet and getting the right amount of exercise were constant battles She was also spending money on a gym membership she never used Frustrated with a recent weight gain, she knew she needed help staying motivated and on track to improve her health Challenge “ The time had come for me to step up and ask for support.
