9. Developing Plate-shaped ZnO
• Developed ‘Hexagonal Plate-Shaped ZnO(HENA Zinc Series)’ by using zincate rich
solution from Zinc-Air Fuel cell as an electrochemical reactor.
• Compared to conventional zinc oxide(nanosphere, nanorod, etc), Hexagonal Plate-shaped
ZnO(HENA Zinc Series) have excellent UV and NIR protection with superior spreadibility
on the skin.
• The Aspect ratio of primary particle is 7 to 10, which means the width is 100~700nm and
the height is 10~100nm.
• Participated ‘In-Cosmetics Global 2018’ and testing our products by Shiseido, Beiersdorf
AG, DSM, Aveda Corporation, CARSLAN now.
