6. Invitation To Bid 2011 UNHCR Supply Management Service
Bid submissions: (max 8Mb)
Offer: technical part and financial part should be separated
Requirement to obtain a certificate from IFTH or CENTEXBEL
Failure to provide the requested certificate in the technical offer will result in disqualification of the offer.
Financial offer will only be opened if technical part of the offer has passed the test and meet technical specifications.
Any financial data in technical offer may result in disqualification
Bids received after the deadline may be rejected
Offers for alternative product should be sent in addition to standard item
Fixed component not changed within duration of Frame Agreement
Flexible component (stock market indicator, Index used).
Fluctuation of raw materials price (10%) could revise flexible component for 6 months only.
