If the goods are confirmed for a particular bill at the first check post then status will be flagged as C. If the goods are retained for a particular bill at the first check post then status will be flagged as R. If the goods are passed in one check post and wants to retain in another check post then official can give the reason in Remarks for retaining. View of goods/movement can be checked by dealer/check post official at any point of time.
