Machinery of lamellas (Planing machine) Moisture content (In the storage, very low temperature or high temperature) Single fibers of the laminate can deviate the remaining lamellas. Fibers generally moves which are present at the end while applying pressure to the lamellas to get glued. Wood stock is uneven (inconsistent stock thickness) Glue too cold Improper adhesive spread Substrates don’t make direct contact Press time too short.
