There are about 10 restaurants in Huanglo. More than 100 restaurants in Ping-an where 100 out of 168 families run their own restaurant business, large or small scale.

6 Conclusion Many restaurants charge high because there are many customers (Law of supply and demand) and this makes the business profitable. From our interviews, it is apparent that the restaurants are active participants in the tourism value chain. Clearly, Long-Ji is also a model for Community Based Tourism (CBT) and Communities Benefiting through Tourism (CBtT) Our group recommends: Trainings for staff (effective customer service, proper food handling, etc) More efforts on environmental protection (waste management, reforestation, etc)
