3. Three groups of countries
Group 1 = results flagged "x" disseminated to recognised research entities
Group 2 = results flagged "x" disseminated to recognised research entities after application of the cell-key method
Group 3 = results flagged "x" not disseminated to anyone outside Estat

5. Next steps
Update the documentation to make the new rules clear for the users (cell-key method but also on the variables to be crossed)
Modify the extraction tool to implement the 3 groups of countries
Two-step approach will be applied:
second half of June, tables transmitted with the new rules implemented for the groups 1 and 3
full method, for the 3 groups of countries, applicable at the end of the summer
