1. Fudgy Chocolate Brownies Recipe
Ingredients
185g butter
185g of the best dark chocolate you can afford
110g plain flour
½ teaspoon salt
3 eggs
½ teaspoon vanilla essence
250g caster sugar
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and lightly grease or line a baking tray.
2. Place the butter and chocolate in a measuring jug and melt in the microwave.
3. Mix the flour and salt together. Add the eggs and vanilla and then add the sugar and stir.
4. Add the chocolate mixture to the rest of the ingredients and fold them in. Pour the mixture into the baking tray and put it in the oven for 40 minutes.
5. Once cooked leave to rest for minutes before serving.
