Hematoxylin-eosin staining shows focally lichenoid and spongiotic, mainly perivascular, superficial and deep dermatitis (A-D). Infiltrate consisted of mainly CD4-positive lymphocytes with some CD8-positive cells (E-H). PUVA therapy induced remarkable reduction of CD207 (langerin)–positive Langerhans cells (I-L).
