Feedback can be defined as….
….information/activities that help the learner reduce the gap between what they have learnt and what they could/should learn’ Hattie 2013 Feedback (praise/constructive criticism) needs to be linked to the effort that has been put in. Linking feedback explicitly to intelligence can be harmful to the leaners skills in the long term

Our Take Away Each meeting will end with a take away, (sorry, not a food based one!) Something we will look to undertake, complete, observe or be part of in the week This will build up our knowledge and confidence so we can have a positive impact ion the learning of future pupils
