Conditions on morbidity reports cannot be changed
NBS times out after 15 minutes of no activity
If filling out information, click submit or save

Always search using “Patient Search” NOT “Data Entry”
Adding symptom information and test method(s) is really appreciated
Attaching a copy of the lab/H&P to the morbidity report or using the comments section
If you cover multiple facilities, you can request reports through the HelpDesk
