Hypothesis testing
Adam suspects that the die being used in a game of snakes and ladders is biased towards the number six. He agrees with Tom to test the die by throwing it 10 times and recording the number of sixes. In the test, there were 4 sixes. Is Adam right to be suspicious?
Phrases like “there is evidence to suggest that…” or “there is not sufficient evidence to suggest that..” are good. Saying “this proves that…” or “so the claim is right” are BAD.
