Draft components include: ownership of IP (e.g. employees, joint ownership), confidentiality, publication, MTAs, concept of due diligence, licensing v spin-out?, international collaboration issues, and term sheet exercise

Work with LES Brazil and Valuations committee for a new course and to standardise all offerings
LES US & Canada webinars to be offered internationally

We are working to qualify even more instructors who can be available for the Societies – at least regionally - by offering the course and TTT at the LESI International Delegates Meetings.
