3. Publish high-resolution photos to skf.com
Business units and countries are getting requests from distributors to provide product photos for their online and offline communication material for their customers. To be able to provide distributors with photos, the distributor community will be used for photo downloads. The product photos will be published through Media Master, used in the Distributor image downloads components in Tridion. This component is based on the one used on the Media Downloads page on skf.com. In MediaMaster, the first step is to add/update the Bearings, units and housings photos. Madeleine Olausson is working together with the content managers. Next step will be for Infosys to create the component in Tridion and publish in the Distributor Community. We estimate the first photos will be available for download the first week of May To know more about the process on how and what images to publish as "Distributor images", please contact Madeleine Olausson

4. Support of new versions
In this release we have insured that new font SKF Chevin Open type work as expected. We have also tested files from Microsoft Office 2016 which will be rolled out later on and Adobe Creative Suite version 6 All testing went fine and Media Master is prepared for upcoming versions.

To create and publish high-resolution photos to Tridion users need to do following:
Apply relevant metadata (psd or jpg)
Under properties user must select:
Asset role = Original image
Select Distributor image
Security class = SKF open
Asset source = Select appropriate
Publish to skf.com channel

7. Edit asset after search in Workspace
Perform a search in your workspace
Right click on the asset
Select ”Go to workspace location

Folder structure will be expanded automatically and asset will be selected

Select publish
Select profile

If the publication has been published before, you were not able to deslect publihsed files. It is now possible to deselect already published assets
