ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
Objectives:
To promote, regulate, orient and organize migration flows in order to ensure their contribution to the economic development of the Costa Rican society. 
To promote the investment in Costa Rica by Costa Rican nationals living abroad.
Strategy:
Inter-institutional coordination to facilitate the implementation of free trade agreements signed by Costa Rica.
