Understanding business and clients’ needs
Communicating with stakeholders to understand their requirements
Designing, analyzing and implementing efficient ideas and solutions
Delivering of consulting projects primarily in Lithuania but depending on interests, around the world
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, excellent interpersonal skills
Group-wide development initiatives
At least two years of Bachelor’s level education completed in Economics, Politics, Business Management, Finance or related field
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret significant amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent critical thinking and Interpersonal skills
Working command of English and Lithuanian (verbal and written)
