Next steps
Since the CFP basic Regulation will not be agreed by January transitional legislative proposal regarding the access to territorial waters of MS extending current rules
CFP Package expected to be agreed by the Council and EP in 2013 in order for MS to submit their OP´s on time to begin implementation in 2014.
