Amino acid sequence deduced from the sequence of contig 131 of G
Amino acid sequence deduced from the sequence of contig 131 of G. natalis aligned with the two most similar sequences identified by BLASTX analysis: DROME Mlp84B Drosophila melanogaster muscle LIM protein (gil ; splQ24400), DROME Mlp60A D. melanogaster muscle LIM protein (gil ; spl P53777); and three most closely related human proteins: HUMAN MLPCSRP3 human muscle LIM protein (gil ; spl P ), HUMAN CSRP2 cysteine- and glycine-rich protein-2 (gil ; spl Q16527) and HUMAN CSRP1 cysteine- and glycine-rich protein-1 (gil ; spl P21291). Amino acid sequence deduced from the sequence of contig 131 of G. natalis aligned with the two most similar sequences identified by BLASTX analysis: DROME Mlp84B Drosophila melanogaster muscle LIM protein (gil ; splQ24400), DROME Mlp60A D. melanogaster muscle LIM protein (gil ; spl P53777); and three most closely related human proteins: HUMAN MLPCSRP3 human muscle LIM protein (gil ; spl P ), HUMAN CSRP2 cysteine- and glycine-rich protein-2 (gil ; spl Q16527) and HUMAN CSRP1 cysteine- and glycine-rich protein-1 (gil ; spl P21291). CCHC and CCCC zinc-binding sites of the LIM domain are italicised and underlined, the glycine residues that comprise the glycine-rich region following the LIM domain are shaded in black and the potential nuclear targeting signal is bold and underlined.
