Don’t interact strongly, long mean free path. The photon production rate and the photon momentum distribution depend on the momentum distributions of the quarks, antiquarks, and gluons in the plasma. 2019/7/25 Lijuan-Zhou CCNU

Conclusion Jet-photon conversion is an important source for AA collisions: High-pT (> 6 GeV/c) photons are dominantly produced in hard scattering (jet-photon conversion) The jet quenching effect will decrease the rate of jet -photon conversion in high momentum The jet-photon conversion would provide information about energy loss 2019/7/25 Lijuan-Zhou CCNU
