2. Confidentiality claims assessment
Between 2013 and November 2017 ECHA identified >800 dossiers which included at least one confidentiality claim
One report per dossier was sent to the relevant MSCAs (the backlog was completed in February 2018)
As of 1 December 2017 ECHA stopped generating the reports due to the availability of a IUCLID report generator which MSCAs can use to find the claims themselves
Feedback on the usability of the tool is welcome

3. Confidentiality claims assessment
ECHA is drafting a paper summarising the agreed process and the next steps necessary to ensure the correct implementation of the process and clarity on the roles for all parties
At this moment in time the emphasis is on ensuring that non-confidential PARs are available in R4BP by November 2018 in order to be disseminated
The paper will be submitted for discussion at the May 2018 CA meeting
It will be beneficial if the MSCAs are prepared to share their experience during the May discussion
