CoP Communication Channels

Questions to consider as we build this CoP…
How do we build engagement/participation? What is a good threshold for measuring engagement? What role should the CoP leaders play? What do participants want to see? Do we need another community for OER? Is a regional community of any benefit? Questions to consider as we build this CoP… How do we get people to be involved and share information? How many posts is enough? Should the leaders provide prompts and drum up participation? There are some national groups that have similar communities 1. Community College Consortium for Open Educational Resources (Google Group) 2. SPARC listerv (Google Group) 3. Rebus community 4. OER commons Is a northeast group of interest?
