In the house keeping department I learn how to vacuum the corridors and the rooms.
I learn how to give the turn down service from mine senior at evening after the 6 o clock .
If any guest ask for any kind of request like shaving kit, dental kit, extra towels, slippers & extra service.

6. F & B Production
In The F & B Production Department I learn how to cook the food .
In the production department I learn how to garnish the food.
In the production department I help to mine senior for prepare the dishes.

7. Front Office
In the front office department I learn that how to get the check of the guest like baggage service, provide the welcome drink, get the photo I.D. card to get the copy, provide the room key .
I learn how to escort the guest to the room at the escorting time we have to tell the guest about the whole hotel facilities.
