A Little About Lander Founded in 1872 in Williamston, SC (Williamston Female College) Moved to Greenwood, SC in 1904, renamed Lander FTE Enrollment of < 3,000 students

FDLP Selective Status Became an FDLP Selective in 1967
Take 15.13% of Items Offered Includes online, paper, and electronic (CD/DVD) resources

Gov Docs Transition New-ish position began in March 2009
Looked at what we had, what we should have, and what we could get rid of Through workshops, learned how to manage the collection

How Does the Disposition Database Help Us?
Fill voids in our current collection Get access to things not previously collected Find new homes where our old documents can fill gaps in other collections
