VUMC is expanding, and its clinics are finding the need to accommodate increasing demand requirements
Our focus is on one specific clinic: Oral surgery

Apply a systematic process analysis in order to identify inefficiencies in the oral surgery clinic
Utilize data analysis to provide a clear picture of the current demand and capacity
