Services
I provide unique mental health counseling services to those who are experiencing difficulties because of depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, Moral Injury, smoking cessation, addictive cravings and relationship issues, by employing evidence-based energy psychology techniques listed on the VA’s considered generally safe modality list.
I also help people change negative, untrue limiting beliefs quickly and easily to allow the greater potential in their lives.
