2 Online journey It is important that customers sign up via ACN Channels. To ensure this occurs, provide your customer with access to your Personal IBO Website and advise them to follow the steps once they land on the ACN Vodafone nbn™ page. Customers must use their own device or Wi-Fi or network connection to order. As long as accurate information is provided during this step the customer will be directed to the correct Sign up journey.
