Overview & Timeline Updates
Overall Objectives Collect comprehensive data on issues of access & equity related to out of school programs in Oregon, examining barriers to access and issues of equity; and Raise awareness around issues of access and equity in afterschool (with the public, legislature, etc.). Timeline Final Data Collection Interim Report Final Data Analysis Summer Resources Collection & Cultivation Final Report Timeline Winter/Spring 2018: Develop and finalize tools; begin outreach Spring 2018: Begin implementation Summer 2018: Continue implementation; plan for Fall Fall 2018: Hold focus groups; continue survey collection Winter 2018: Continue survey collection; conduct focus groups; preliminary data analysis; draft interim report Spring 2018: Finalize interim report & provide to legislature; continue data collection Summer/Fall 2018: Produce & distribute final report; development of tools & resources
