Work Anywhere Associates
Work Anywhere associates are based out of a Sprint building but do not have an assigned workspace.
These associates may work from a variety of spaces, including mobility workstations, their homes or even airports or coffee shops.
Work is not a place! Work is not about location. It’s about community. It’s about communication. It’s about connection.
The Connected Workforce Program is designed to be flexible so that everyone can chose to work in a setting that best matches their work style.

Work stations designated “Mobility” are open to use by Work Anywhere associates on a first come, first served basis.
The Connected Workforce Program is available to Sprint associates and/or contractors with manager approval. Once approval is obtained, steps to request the change to “mobility status” can be found here.
