2. About Degree Programme Rules for the Students-
About College
Our college is established on 18th July 2008 under the Vasantrao Naik Marathwada Krishi Vidyapeeth, Parbhani by Govt. of Maharashtra. MCAER, Pune controls the educational activities and VNMKV, Parbhani under which it is affiliated undertakes the regular inspection of the college. Accordingly college has been received ‘C’ grade during year 2015.
College is situated at Dongarshelki Tanda near to Udgir town. Udgir is directly well connected by road and rail from every corner of the country. One may reach by air also. Nearest regular air facilities are available at Aurangabad, 240 kms away and Hyderabad, 2254 kms away.
College campus is well developed and easily reachable by rickshaws, bus. We provide the conveyance to the students and staff by college buses. Learning is imparted by highly qualified and experienced teaching staff. A quality education is provided resulting more number of students getting JRF admissions in reputed post graduate institutions and getting good jobs by arranging the campus interviews through placement cell. We are having three storied own college building, well equipped laboratories of every subjects and modern teaching aids.
About Library
Our college is having well organized Agricultural Knowledge Recourse Centre (AKRC) library. In this library more than 5000 valuable collection of text and Reference book on Agriculture and allied subjects are available for the users. A separate big reading hall with comfortable seating arrangement for the users is available . Book bank Scheme (For SC & ST students) and magazines, competitive books and national and international newspapers are also available.
Computer Facility
Well equipped computer laboratory with internet facility is available.
Playground
A big playground with Volyball, Kabbadi, Kho-Kho etc. courts are available in the college campus along with a separate with separate modern well equipped Gymnasium is available. Coaching to the players in different events by experts and college student trained physical instructor is available. To develop the physical strength of the students separate and well equipped modern gym is available.
Hostel Facility
Separate boys and girls are being run by the college. Both the hostels are situated in Udgir city i.e. 7kms away from college. Admission in the hostel will be given on first cum first basis.
About Degree Programme
B.Sc(Agriculture) is a 4 years degree programme. The students Passed in H.S.C or intermediate examinations with PCB or PCMB group are eligible for this course. The fee structure will be as per directives of the university time to time.
Laboratories
Well equipped laboratories are available for respective disciplines.
Student Counseling & Placement Cell
Student Counseling & Placement Cell is established and undergoing different student activities.
Rules for the Students-
1)Student should have always with him/her ID card in the campus and must produce on demand by competent authority.
2) Students should remain continuously in touch with their advisor/teacher councilor to complete the educational activities.
3)Discipline in the classrooms and in the campus is strictly observed.
4) Any misconduct will be viewed seriously.
5) 80% attendance in each and every course is compulsory to appear in the examination.
