3. 05 06 01 02 03 04 The EPIC Setup ACADEMY Report Training
Academy owner configures user roles, display parameters needed to be captured, domain and technical competencies required for the team, initial training plans and training courses
Report Training
Academy Member will be able to view assigned trainings and assessments, and complete the trainings. In case of external training, user will self certify training completion in the system. 05 06 01 02 03 04
Manage Training
In this process Academy PMO will create training courses, training modules, assessments, and assign training and assessments to Academy Members.
Content Mgmt.
Academy PMO will be able to add training documents to Wiki, upload training videos to the library and provide access for Academy Members to view and download training materials.
User On-boarding
Academy PMO on-board new Academy Members to the tool. Upon successful completion of the process, concerned user will receive notifications along with URL and login details
News and Events
Academy PMO adds News and Events to the Tool in order for the team to stay updated with the important news about the engagement and forthcoming events..

Responsible for On boarding Master Data including:
Set initial training and assessment for user roles
Set display parameters based on the requirements.
Populate Competency Levels, Skill Categories
Defines career path for the Academy Member
Set current competency level of the member
Add Competency wise Soft skills and technical skills
Manages User Roles
Create New User Role, Modify User Role
Delete user Role
Assign Users to User Role

5. EPIC 02 – Manage Training 05 06 01 02 03 04
View Assigned Trainings and Completed Trainings from Home page Training section.
View Assigned Assessments and Completed assessments from Home page Assessment section.
Create Training Course
Create Training Module
Add Assessments details to Assessments List.
Add Assessment Questions for internal assessments.
Assign Training and Assessment to Employee

6. EPIC 03 – User Onboarding 05 06 01 02 03 04
Responsible for On boarding Master Data including:
Set initial training and assessment for user roles
Set display parameters based on the requirements.
Populate Competency Levels, Skill Categories
On-board single user
Search with the Id from Admin menu if user not on boarded a form will appear with Skill and Competency.
Provide Skill and Competency details and on board Academy Member.
On-board bulk users
Download the excel template
Fill with user details and upload the file

View assigned trainings and status of the completed/in-progress trainings
Access training materials in Wiki or Pluralsight for self learning
Self certify external training completion
View Competency wise Soft skill and Technical skill in Career Progression page

Access and view training materials from the training links from Home page or from Wiki page.
View Training videos
Search documents with the document name

Add Project

Add, edit or delete projects in Academy
Assign Project
Go to Admin -> Assign Project
Select Project and Employee and click Assign
Import Project
Go to Admin -> Import Project
Upload Project in pre-defined template by clicking ‘Start Upload’
Manage Project Skill
View list of all projects in the system
Click on ‘Manage Skill’ link in the project list
Add project skills by hitting the ‘Add’ button beside the Skill dropdown
View Skill Heat Map
Go to Admin -> Projects -> Skill Heat Map
View number of available and expected resources for each skill and competency level displayed in a graphical format

Go to Admin -> Projects
View list of all projects in the system
Click on ‘Expected Competency’ on the project list
Enter number of expected resources for each skill and competency level
Update Available Resources
Enter number of available resources for each skill and competency level
Update Overall Resources
Click on ‘Overall Competency’ on the project list
Enter number of available & expected resources for each skill and competency level
