Our Role Full service Programme Management for new build reactor programme with first commercial operations in May 2017. Selection and management of a Prime Contractor that encompasses reactor technology, constructor, and plant operator. Site characterisation for multiple sites for potential reactor fleet. Construction and Operational License of reactors as well as environmental permitting. Development of governance methods (policies, requirements, processes and procedures) for nuclear utility and Programme Management. Infrastructure master planning and coordination with national infrastructure providers to ensure that essential systems are in place to support commercial operations. Mentoring and training of ENEC staff to develop key people and overall infrastructure for sustained management of the enterprise.
