Fig. 1 This patient had multisegmental tibia-fibula fracture and a neurologically intact, pulseless leg. Angiogram shows intense vasospasm with beading of the peroneal and anterior tibial arteries and occlusion of the posterior tibial artery. Pedal pulses returned without operation.
