(A) Preoperative computed tomography angiography showed the aortic dissection, the primary entry tear located at the proximal descending aorta (triangle), with a mature fetus in the abdomen and pelvis (asterisk). (B) Aortography showed the compressed true lumen (TL), active leakage into a large false lumen (FL), as well as a coarctation (arrow) with minimal diameter of 1.0 cm. (C) Postoperative computed tomography angiography showed successful endovascular repair of the dissection without migration or endovascular leak at 14-month follow-up.
