2 Review your work Watch at least five news packages that have been developed by the class Try to avoid watching more than one package from any one person. Is each package “airable?” Discuss.

3 Review your work Should each package be saved as a model for future students? Why or why not? If not, what should or could have been done differently? Provide specific feedback.

4 Viewing and grading Split into groups to each review the local stations near you. If you have two stations, form two groups. If you have three, form three groups (and so on). With your group, rate each package you view. You will use the rubric points pulled from the JEA Broadcast Write-offs.

22 Review provided footage
Watch each clip provided in the lesson. Who are the stakeholders? Why or why not is the B Roll clip relevant?

23 Review professional script
Script writing The producer has written a script that ties selected SOT clips from the interviews Do you think the producer picked the correct clips? Support your opinion. What clips would you have picked differently?

24 Edit to the script Using the provided footage and script, edit the news package. Submit to your instructor when finished.

25 Recap video from crew After watching the recap video with Jeff Hogan:
