Come to class on time with your work ready to go for the second bell.
When you first get to class, you will then open up my classroom blog and review what we will be doing in class.
At this time you will also be reviewing the following details written in my blog:
do now’s- which you will begin after reading the blog
class procedures- class instructions throughout the period
dates for quizzes and tests- you are responsible for copying down this information into you assignment pad
The agenda and lesson plan for class will always be online.
If students are curious as to what we are doing in class prior to class beginning, they are responsible for looking it themselves.

As an in class lesson, each student will be responsible to create a school appropriate personal blog account.
As an in class lesson, each student will also be responsible to create a professional account.

19. Saving your Work Properly
Each time your work is saved,
you must save it in the following way to your folder in the RM101 folder: (failure to do so will result in points taken off )

Example:
Let’s pretend that your name is Emma Smith and the project title is colors.
ESmith_color (This is how you will save your work every time-notice no spaces.)

20. If you are absent…
Frequent absences will affects a student’s academic progress
You are responsible for making up your work and checking online to see what you missed.
You should also contact your class buddy incase you need help understanding what is expected of you.
Also, if you are out for more than three days, you are expected to schedule a meeting time with me to review all work and to receive a new deadline.

21. If you are absent…
You have two weeks to make up any quizzes or tests. Failure to do so will automatically result in a ZERO.
All make-up quizzes and tests will only be taken before or after school hours.
For an absence that extends for more than three days,
a date for all make-up work will be set and followed.

22. YO If you are absent… If you are absent and you make up your work,
are responsible for showing it to me.

Remember that you are not just absent in my class, you are absent in all other classes too…it is very important to not fall behind so you must come back to school with the notion of catching up as soon as possible!

If you have to use the rest room, you must raise your hand and ask for permission.
You must then fully sign out, take the appropriate pass, and when you come back, fully sign back in and give me back the pass.

26. Classroom Rules You must be on time to class.
The school uniform must be worn properly.
No food, drinks or gum at any time.
If your cell phone is seen, it will be confiscated immediately.
Students that need to use the restroom must first ask, sign out, take the appropriate pass, sign back in when finished and return pass.
Do not touch other people’s work or change settings on any of the computers (technology code of conduct)
You are responsible to have a copy of your work saved on your flash drive at all times.
Respect the in-class books (Be gentle while handling them and do not write in them.)
Follow the correct fire drill procedure.
